Employment Relation And Professional Practice †Free Samples

Question: Discuss about the Employment Relation And Professional Practice. Answer: Introduction In this world, nothing is possible without the workforce. For that human resources, a good team is required, and that team will be formed by the ordinary people. The team is expected to develop the society and the work of the community. This same structure was established in 1980 in the organisational culture, and the team culture becomes very much popular till now. The teamwork helps to understand the perspective of each and every member or him employee of the team. It contributes to ease the workload from the individual employee and encourage to do the proper job for the company. In this essay, I am going to highlight the point of the teamwork, and also I am going to share my personal experience as a team member of the organisation (Farrell, 2011). Team In a society, a good tea is required to perform because the team is made for dividing the responsibility of the work among the team members. The division of the work in a team will help the employee to perform better in the organisation. In that case, the organisation has to develop a proper team which will play. The five stages of team development which is very much necessary for the group. The format and the stages of the team were developed by the Bruce Wayne Tuckman (Panayotou, 2013). This theory was first published in the year 1965 by Bruce Wayne Tuckman himself. There are five stages of development of a team is explained by him, and those five stage of development are: Forming Forming is the essential step of the formation of the team. It refers to the team members where and when they had first met each other for the purpose of the work. During the first meeting, the team member uses to introduce themselves to each other for making the team work more flexible. In the first session, the team members use to discuss the work and the purpose of the work. They use to explain the goal and the success of the work. After that, the team use looks after the roles of the team members and what type of responsibility they are going to take regarding the work (MacQueen, K.M., McLellan, E., Kay, K. and Milstein, 2013). Storming This is one of the crucial parts after the formation of the team because in this place the new team members use to compete for wirh each other in the working field. This led to the conflict among the team members because each and everyone is having different kind of thinking and opinion regarding the work. In this case, the team leader should tackle out this situation in an intelligent way so that the team member will follow the orders of the leader only Norming This is a stage when the team member uses to focus on their work, and they don't use to think about the individual goals they use to look for the betterment of the team. Thi is a stage where the team leader doesn't involve him or herself in the decision-making or problem-solving because he or she knows that her team has started to perform (Miller, 2013). Performing This is a stage where the team has learned to play, and the team is performing their job extremely well. This is one of the crucial steps both for the leader and the team because there is a chance that due to the workload the team member can get tired and stop performing which will become one of the biggest disasters for the company. So it is better to look after the team member in a better way so that they can perform well Adjourning This is the final stage when the team member is moving in a dirt direction after completing the job successfully. In this juncture, the team leader uses to keep the good record of the team performance and looks forward to the betterment of the future (Kuhnert, K.W. and Lewis, 2017). Apart from all these things I am going to say about the different kind of teams: Permanent team Temporary team Task force Committee Workforce Self-managed team Cross-functional teams Virtual team Above all these teams I was part of the self-managed team as per my qualification of the job. In the self-managed team, I have gone through many kinds of things. In a self-managed team, the reaming member is responsible and dedicated to their work because the team member working on a common purpose and they all are working hard to achieve the success. In these group, no leader is required because the team members know their function correctly. In the self-manage team, I was having a good experience because there's no one to dictate me regarding my work. It was a free atmosphere where I knew my responsibility and the job what I was performing. Also, the team members are very much cooperative with me. So were all I can say that due to the Co-operative atmosphere the coordination among the team members was good and that help me to become active in my work (Edgett, 2014). Critical thinking and argument The rational thinking and that youre thinking about the subject which I used to believe is called critical thinking. Critical thinking is the way of thinking where I used to find the logic and the connection between the ideas. It hurts me to identify the arguments of the constructions of debates. This helps me to solve the problem in a systematic process and also help me to determine the importance of ideas. The process of critical thinking contributes to gain knowledge on the global economy. It provides to deal with the effective charges of the economy and the technology of the organisation. On the other hand, critical thinking used to help the team to solve any problems. There is something which we used to miss that critical thinking is not a process of raising question are going to debate but also it promotes creativity among the individuals. When a person is thinking and raise the issue and finding the answer, it seems the person is very much creative to work or to locate the sol ution to the problem. On the other hand, we can send the effective mode of communication is called the arguments. Arguments are a way of communication where it changes the mind of the other people regarding the work. Mainly the reasons you should take place on the team debate, but the advantage of argument is to make a point of an individual very much evident to the world. We can say that the process of effective communication of women's can influence other team members of the employees to change your mind or change the working flow. In an effectual Manner, it will bring the real progress in the job (Handfield, R.B., Ragatz, G.L., Petersen, K.J. and Monczka, 2011). It will be one of the attractive to that as a nature of a company if you receive a complaint from my younger employee about the treatment what the old or the longer staffs are getting. In that case, it will be very much hard to look after the matter because as an hr I didn't follow up the problems of the older stuff, so it will be a tough job to communicate with them. But then also I want to look at the problems of the employees were facing because of workers at the key of the heart of success for an organisation. There are few components of a good argument is when the reader is asking the speaker for the writer reading a problem in writing. On the other hand, the person who is asking the question of going through the argument should be active in communication so he or she can convince the audience or the person who is listening to him or her. There are two type of arguments (Kram, K.E. and Isabella, 2015). Inductive The process of inductive arguments is to go to the conclusion as soon as possible. It is easier for a person to understand the objective of the communication at the result of the work. So it is one of the better options to learn the object of the work by coming directly to the conclusion. It saves a lot of time for work. Deductive The process of a deductive argument is to make the argument lengthier. The deductive arguments give details and precious information about the topic. Problem solving In an organisation, there is a lot of challenges, and for that problem, a team is built. The purpose of the groups to address the problem what the team is facing. The problem can be solved by looking at the situation and by studying the situation thoroughly this will help the team or the person to understand the problem what the organisation is facing. For the solutions, there is a process where a person other the team has to follow those are (Davidson, E.H. and Britten, 2015). Avoiding the risk Sometimes the manager used to prevent the risk to skip the problem. Do it is one of the useful theory, but sometimes it is not so helpful for the organisation because the company has to take the risk for a product of the team because without the take that chance will be hard for the company to run the business or to promote their business. Skipping the risk is useless it is one of the cowardly work by the team or by the manager. Improve productivity Promoting the productivity of the work is very much useful because why protein the productivity the worker of the employee Salim Khan age and motivated to work. In this case, the entire team will work hard to solve the problem this will help the organisation to address the problem and also to fix the problem in the future (Davidson, E.H. and Britten, 2015). On the other hand, if we see there are two types of problem-solving method Analytical When a person can examine the information of the current situation in a detailing process to understand the importance of each and every element and also their weaknesses and strength, in this case, persuasive communication or argument is very much recommended for solving a problem. This type of problem solution is called the analytical problem-solving method. Creative Where person thinking about the solution for the problem and the process of thinking is very much imaginative and innovative. This process is called the creative problem-solving method. In this manner, the person is experiencing the problem of finding the solution in the creative process to get the perfect solution for the problem. The strategy is used for the creative problem-solving method is very much positive and also very much enjoyable for the other candidates. That is why it is one of the best forces on the method for solving the problem (Davidson, E.H. and Britten, 2015). Conclusion In this project, I have worked Upon The detailed information of a team Where I had mentioned about the formation of the team and the development. In this project, I have said about my experience in a self-management team where I was performing as the self management employee. On the other hand, I have worked upon the critical thinking and argument. In this product work upon the humans at the basic questions and the innovative thinking by which a manager can develop himself for the particular organisation. Last but not the least it was all on the problem-solving method. In this month hot I have discussed the risk and the productivity. Which one of the most important part of the organisation. After all, I have experienced a lot of things during the completion of this project. I hope all the things I am mentioned will help me in the future.
